Three Bedroom Detached House, shared with 1 other

Looking for someone to share a three bedroom detached house on a lodger basis. Full access to amenities of the house.

It is a quiet household and I work a seven on seven off basis on nights as a fraud analyst so you will have the house to yourself every other week during the evening/nights.

The house situated on a housing estate that is about 20 years old and quiet. It is on a bus route to Newcastle and Hanley town centres.

It is a non smoking house but ok to smoke outside discreetly.

If you require the en-suite room the cost will be £90 p/w. If you have the one that is advertised, you will be the one that uses the bathroom 90% of the time. If you are a student, £8 p/w reduction due to council tax.

This is a clean, tidy and quiet house. It has two showers, three toilets, Sky TV, BT Sport, washing machine/dryer, conservatory. Free beer at times if you like homebrew.

I have a two year old son who visits me during the day for three days on my weeks off but half the time I take him out.
