Housemate wanted to share a spacious semi-detatched house in ST5 join three friendly female Newly Qualified Teachers, preferably a young professional/trainee teacher/post-grad. The room is single and unfurnished but with built-in storage. Rent is £225 PCM (not including bills) and includes sole use of an upstairs 'study' room, sole use of a downstairs shower and toilet and shared use of a large modern kitchen/dining room, two living rooms (one of which is currently furnished as a communal work/study area) and a large well-tended garden.
The three of us currently cook meals and buy food together and we would be happy for another housemate to share in this or to do their own thing. We are all very sociable but also enjoy our own space.
A £300 security deposit will be required.
