Urgent need of a house mate
Me and my partner are currently renting the property, we both smoke and have 2 cats.
We are a chilled out couple and we like to socialise with friends so they will be around at sometimes and at times stay the night.
There are 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom which is downstairs.
There is a washer and an oven already in the property.
We normally buy our own food but will always ask if any other person would like anything in the shopping.
We both like to play Xbox and watch movies and there is a local pub around the corner which is a pleasant place to chill if you want (we have never had any trouble with drunks or noise)
The room that is available is partly furnished, with a sofa and a dresser/cabinet - there is also a storage compartment in the room which could be used as a wardrobe.
