I have a beautiful and very spacious room available for a professional female of similar age. The room is at the front of the house with a built in double wardrobe. You would be welcome to make the room your own as you feel fit.
The house itself is a terrace with lots of character and very homely. 1 front room, dining room, compact kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a garden with patio at the back and ample parking at the front in a very quiet street.
I am a secondary school dance teacher who enjoys activity and socialising. I'm a happy go-lucky girl who love to laugh. have a puppy also, he is extremely beautiful and loving. So animal lovers only! I'm out 3 nights in the week dance training and enjoy relaxing with a coffee/wine when I'm home. I like my tenants to become friends and feel the house is their home also. If you think you could live with me get in touch!
The street is very secure and safe with lovely neighbours and no through traffic. All the bills are included in the rent, sky, wifi, electricity, gas- only your food to buy!
