The large sized bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bed side table, chest of drawers, a single wardrobe. It is newly decorated. The house is centrally heated and double glazed. You will have access to the lounge with TV, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom with a shower over bath.

It has easy access to the town, the train station and the motorway. It is on the number 9 bus route and or a 30 min walk into town.

The house is being refurbished and so far has a new kitchen and decorative improvements are being made around the house and gardens. This is an ongoing improvement plan. The dining area isn’t yet fully up and running but it soon to be refurbished..

The suitable house share will be female, with a regular steady income. Age is immaterial, but she should have with a quiet lifestyle suited mine. I have intense work commitments and live with two cats and a dog. Anyone interested must be fond of and be good with animals.
