Furnished Double Room in Semi-Detached House

Quiet suburban dwelling perfectly located for easy access to all parts of Stafford town, surrounding area, M6 Motorway and Railway. Front and back Gardens, parking on driveway for two cars or on road parking available, two outdoor rabbits, living room, dining room and kitchen with gas hob and single fan oven, no microwave. Currently the downstairs is mainly open plan. Shared bathroom with over-bath shower, Garage used for storage (no parking), washing machine and dryer available. Live in landlords - young easy going professional couple who work weekdays and the odd weekend, looking for easy going, clean and tidy tenant for preferably at least four months though maximum period is undefined at the moment and will depend on how well they fit in. Sorry to be unspecific but If you're a good tenant who fits in with our life then there's no reason you can't stay for as long as you need/want to. We are both fairly active and spend around 40-50% of our free time on weekday evenings out playing sports or visiting friends and likewise on weekends though not always together. We'd like someone personable and it would be a bonus if you share some common interests and are active (though this is not essential) having a life outside of the home too would be an advantage. We'd prefer monthly payment in advance.
