The double room is freshly decorated and carpeted, quite and contain double bed, desk, build in wardrobe. Wi-fi Internet, washing machine, TV, brand new kitchen, bathroom ( walk in shower & bath), dining/living room with big table in the house. Access to the garden. I am a living in landlady, who is looking well after the property. I am looking for a considered , mature, no smoking professional . I hope cat would not be a problem.
