I have a double room to rent. House is set on three floors with lots of room, the main bathroom on the top floor which is predominately for your use as I have ensuite. Middle floor contains the room to rent and a second sitting room. Downstairs is the kitchen and main living room. The room is bright and sunny with a built in wardrobe. Located close to Alstom and a five min walk into town. There is a garage that could be used to store a bike and a few bits. There is also off street parking. Has a nice small garden. Looking for a professional male, Someone tidy and considerate. Im easy to get along with. quiet type not into party's and loud nights at home. Room could come with or without bed. Rent includes all bills and utility's and you would have full use of all the house. Sky and broadband included. Sky tv point in the bedroom.
