i have a bedsit in a large house in a good area,, it is a shared living room and bathroom even though they arnt used at all, the kitchen is shared but you have cooking things in the room,, the house is very very quiet and the person who lived in the room has moved out after seven years,, his mother is ill so he is moving in with her,, the room can be furnished or un furnished its up to you,, if there is anything you require for the room we will install it within 24 hrs we ask that you keep the house clean but we do have a cleaner twice a week, all bills are included so you only pay the rent,, we do not agree pets at all and you must be quiet ther is plenty of storage for things and the house is near newcastle, hanley and stoke,,,its in hartshill, if you need any more details please ask,,,
