we are a lovely spacious new build situated just outside the centre of stoke with close links to the train stations, hospitals and university and bus services in to the centre (Hanley/Newcastle under Lyme/Stafford) just outside the house, lovely double rooms with fitted wardrobes wood floors and furnished to a good standard. A huge kitchen diner area which is fantastic for socialising, hosting dinners and just to have a friendly chat in the morning! A lovely modern bathroom with a powerful shower to share with 2 others :) we have a stunning garden decked with BBQ area and a log burner ready for the summer nights. Broadband is included along with all bills. It's a warm house in the winter and a cool one in the summer... Pretty much perfect
we have one room available now :)

This is a family style home, all ages have and continue to live here, we all get on however we all like our own space; which is understandable and more than fine :) In order to make the living arrangement work it's useful to come and see how you feel!
