2 Rooms, One Single/One Double, 2 mins to Campus

Two rooms available in three bedroom house situated in Shelton, on the doorstep to the Stoke campus of Staffordshire University, & only a short walk from the park. The house has a washing machine, tumble drier and a yard out the back, with a boiler room. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms are furnished, and the house has a shower bathroom. Kitchen and bedrooms recently redecorated. Looking for one or two friendly (relatively tidy!) housemates, who don't mind sharing the house with me and two rabbits. Other pets are welcome. My landlord would prefer it if I found a female housemate. There may be an additional admin fee on top of the initial deposit, but if you have any questions then please don't hesitate to contact me.
