Double room available shared house bills Included

I currently have a double room available in my house in Heron Cross. The house is huge. I've got a lovely big kitchen which has a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and oven. There is a living room and dining room downstairs and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. I also have small garden. The house is well kept and clean.

I have two double bedrooms available so you would be able to choose which room you would prefer. The larger double is displayed in the picture above. The room has a double bed and a wardrobe. The room is a good size and spacious.

I have WiFi and also have a subscription to Now TV, Lovefilm and Netfilx so this would be available to use.

The house is very close to the A50, A500 and M6 so is good for commuting. The house is approximately a 10 minute drive from Hanley/Newcastle/Stoke/UHNS and costs around £6 in a taxi to all of these places.

I can let the room either furnished or unfurnished.

I currently live alone. I'm very easy to live with an I'm very sociable. I work full time in Stafford Monday to Friday but I am home in the evenings and at weekends. I go out a lot with friends and occasionally have my friends around for food/drinks/films.

I also have a cat who is very friendly, he's very well behaved and doesn't scratch furniture and loves a fuss.
