Rooms to rent in quiet street in Stoke

I have a student furnished mid-terrace house with four rooms in Lewis Street, Stoke-on-Trent. The rooms have a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with drawers, chair, fitted shelves and the larger rooms have a bookcase. Lewis Street is very quiet and convenient for the station, the A500 (for M6), Stoke town centre, Staffs University and the bus route to Keele University.
There is a shared lounge (with projector screen for video from PCs, but no TV), kitchen and bathroom (with both bath and power shower).
The house is high on security (although this is a good area) with bars on the rear downstairs windows. Each room has its own lock (as well as front and back door locks).
There is gas fired hot water and central heating, electric cooking, fridge, freezer, microwave, and a washing machine.
The room rents include gas and electricity, water rate and internet: but not TV or council tax (the rooms are intended for full-time students).
There is a secure rear yard with high walls and a metal lockable shed for bikes.
There are three students from Africa and the UK. There are two rooms vacant at the moment.
The rents are £75 or £80 per week (£325 or £345 per month). The deposit (returnable) is £100 for any room.
