1 x double bedroom in gorgeous 4 bed house, Stone - 10 minutes walk from centre, along the canal (amazing in Summer!!)
It's a lovely detached house, with lounge, dining kitchen & conservatory (This works really well - it basically provides 2 sitting rooms!!) .

The bedroom is a double, furnished with bed, wardrobe, & drawers.
The house has a large kitchen with all mod cons for those of you that like cooking.
Stafford is about 10 minute car journey down the road, Stoke 15 minutes, and Uttoxeter about 15 minutes. Easily accessible for the M6.

I'm an easy going professional. My girlfriend lives the other side of Stone.
I enjoy going to the gym (most evenings) , cooking, and watching sport & films.
I already rent one room to a lovely 37 year old guy, Graham, who's out and about seeing his Girlfriend/family in Leeds every weekend so you may have the house to yourself quite frequently.
I am looking for someone tidy, easy going and fun, that doesn't mind having the house to themselves occasionally.
