Double room / sharing with male professionals

The double has a double bed, double wardrobe, set of small drawers with built in shelving and tv connection. An airy, bright room, painted in magnolia and carpeted.
The bathroom (with shower over the bath) will be shared (3 in total sharing). The other residing male tenant has his own en-suite. There is also a downstairs toilet for shared use. The kitchen, dining room, utility room and lounge are all shared areas.
The kitchen has hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and fridge freezer. The washing machine is based in the adjoining utility room.
There is B. T. high speed internet throughout the house with B. T. Sport available on the television in the lounge.
There is gas central heating with continuous hot water.
The house is a modern detached property set on a pleasant estate on the edge of Tunstall, with easy access to the A500 and M6.
The current tenants are professional male workers.
There is a cleaner provided on a fortnightly basis, included in the bills.
