I am a single professional mum of one who is looking to rent out a room to a professional female. The room is not yet complete and will be by the end of September.
You would share my 4 bedroom house with myself and my son who is about approximately 4 days a week. I work full-time and I am out of the house from 8-6 Monday to Friday and spend most my time at home at the weekends.
My home has its own driveway big enough for 2-3 vehicles, large kitchen/diner and huge garden to enjoy.
You will also have access to my study when required, and I do have unlimited broadband which can be used whenever.
I do smoke but not inside my home, you must smoke outside at all times if you do. I would like someone with good references who would look after my home as I would.
I am a very sociable person, but don't worry you will get some peace and quiet.
