*Flatmate Wanted* Double Room For Rent In Stirling

Hi folks, I have a double room available from June 1st 2015. THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE, I DIDN'T MEAN TO TYPE 2014, 2015 IS WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

The flat lies on the road between Stirling and Bridge of Allen. The £410 per month includes rent, Sky unlimited broadband, Sky TV with Sky Sports package and covers bills (gas/electricity, tv licence, council tax). There is ample car parking outside the flat but if you don't have a car the flat is on the bus route between Bridge of Allan and Stirling and is less than a 30 minute walk from both. The room is a good size with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and enough space for a computer desk (not provided). Also in the flat is a shared living room, bathroom with a separate shower, large bath, kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, 4 hob gas cooker and your own fridge and freezer.

I am a 31 year old guy, a self employed music tutor (guitar and bass), I'm clean and tidy, easy going and enjoy music, football (but I'm not a yob) and cooking.
