Room in Bridge of Allan

We are a female couple in our late 20s and early 30s looking for someone to fill the second room in our flat when our current housemate returns to the US in May when she completes her exchange semester. We're not entirely sure the exact date this will be at this point. Our lease then ends in August, so we can only offer you 3 months initially, but we may extend our lease after that.

The place has a little private yard/ lawn (which we plan sprinkle some colour into once it defrosts), the lounge room is the right kind of kitschy, the bathroom is at the other end of the flat (away from common areas and bedrooms) and the kitchen looks like a sauna. And who doesn't love saunas right?

Your room is a double with a double bed (although there is a single bed in the photo) and is pretty and bright there is a desk, and a couple of large chests of drawers.

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout complete the picture to make it an awesome pad to call home.

We are a friendly & social pair and would like a friendly & social housemate. This means we would like to know a bit about you and hopefully meet you for a cup of tea or similar before moving in.

Housemate one: Likes cycling, hiking and general outdoor fun. Also likes negating all the gym-going/general activity by binging on Netflix/food/wine.

Housemate two: Likes cycling, hiking and general outdoor fun. She has a funny accent (Australian) and can walk on her hands. She *will* beat you at backgammon.

We're happy to share with males or females of any age. We'd prefer people who are active (mentally if not physically) and healthy (mentally if not physically).

Rent is $400 pcm, which includes bills. Bond is $400, too.

Oh! And you must like dogs....We have two. And goldfish! We have two of them, too.
