I have a single room available to rent in a modern 3 bed house in a quiet location between the town centre and University.
The room is furnished and has a built in wardrobe. It shares a bathroom (with shower) with one other .
The rest of the house has a living/dining room, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc and garden.
There is plenty of space to keep a bike.
The rent includes a cleaner and broadband. Other bills are shared, on average about £20 gas+electricity. Non-students will also need to pay £55 council tax per month.
A deposit of 1 month's rent will be required.
