As I'm a young professional who works hard Monday-Friday I'm looking for a post-grad student or other professional who appreciates quiet evenings after long days at work! I'm pretty relaxed and sociable though :) Looking to let out the room for a 6 month period - happy if this is for weekdays only or 7 days a week. I've said that the room is available to let from 17th October, but this is negotiable if you need in earlier.
