I am female 37 years old very laid back & have busy life so won't see much of me, my 6 year old son lives with me 4 nights a week the other nights he lives with his dad. He is great kid wouldn’t know he was in the house or I would not rent if I thought he would be noisy etc. The rented rooms are at opposite side of house. My daughter 19 lives in Denmark & occasionally comes home at weekends . I have a puppy goldendoodle she is lovely. For couples price would be a little more.
