About us!

We are 2 professional females mid 20's - early 30's, we both work & study (one full time student who works almost full-time, one working full-time, studying almost part time.) We are relatively social. Weekdays & Weekends alike are a mix of work, study, socialising & chilling out. We are both pretty laid back, like to cook, drink too much coffee, laugh & happily share each other's company but also respect each other's space. The house is not a party house, we are not partiers, but we do like to go out for a drink & dance occasionally.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone like minded, a professional person (student / employed or both) in a similar age group who is laid back but respectful of the house & each other, who likes dogs. (As we have two medium sized full-of-love dogs) (one who will be there full-time, one who may be away from time-to-time).

The house is a no smoking house, however there are areas outside for smoking.

Falkirk enjoys an interesting historical past with a justifiable reputation as a modern and exciting shopping town with first class leisure facilities and excellent schools. Commuters are served well by main line rail links to both Edinburgh and Glasgow from the nearby stations also the M9 motorway network serving to centres of business throughout the central belt.
