Use of kitchen including washing machine, fridge etc. Use of tv/freeview are available for use in the room if required. Access to private driveway and garden.

The house will be shared by myself along with my 2 cats and bird. I like to socialise and have friends over occasionally, no late night loud parties however. I work shifts which include late finish are early rise some days so not looking to share with a party animal.
