Furnished double room in 3 Bedromed home

Hi there,

I am looking for someone nice to occupy one of the double rooms(the other is currently a study room). It has a double bed, bedside table, large chest of drawers, small tv (with freeview and dvd player), desk and 2 double wardrobes.

Ideally someone who is clean and tidy and happy in their own company. If you like dogs and wouldn't mind taking Gigi out occasionally, that would be a plus but not a requirement. As you can see she is only a small dog and is friendly.

Shared facilities include:
A large living room with digital tv and dining room combined.
Good sized kitchen, with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher... A bathroom to share with an electric shower.
There is wifi throughout the house, and digital/recording tv in the living room.
There is also a front and back garden, with table and chairs which catches the sun in the summer. Parking is on the street, there are a few off street spaces, and lay by which can also be used when there are spaces

A little about me:
I am friendly, sociable and will get on with most people. Although like my own space too, I work shifts therefore there will be evenings and even some weekends where I will not be there.

I do smoke but only smoke outside.
