Self contained accommodation

This listing is essentially for a 2 bed semi detached house which joins our main house via an internal door which will be locked. The accommodation for rent has one large double bedroom upstairs. Downstairs is another double bedroom which won't be equipped with a bed but does have fitted wardrobes, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room. There are two external doors.
Street parking (although we live on a private road which is reasonably quiet).
I live in the main part of the house with my husband, two kids and medium sized dog. The accommodation will be private however there will be noise travelling through the walls/ door.
