I have a spacious double room to rent within a house in St Ninians, Stirling. The house is right on the edge of Bannockburn in a quiet residential area. On street parking is available and there are good transport links nearby. Stirling town centre is a 5 minute drive away.
The room is fully furnished and the house includes a shared living room, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, a spacious kitchen (including washing machine and microwave) and garden. The house also has Sky broadband and Now TV.
The room will be available from mid-March but the date has still to be confirmed. Rent is £250 per month and a deposit of the same amount will be required.
Bills:
- Monthly (Sky broadband, Now TV & council tax): £90
- Quarterly (gas & electricity): usually around £70-80
