It's a double-room, very close to the uni, and just 2 min. from the closest bus stop (54-54A).
Beautiful, quite location, right next to the river (just 10 meters walk).
It's a modern flat, nice wooden furniture and a big bed.
Room comes with own bathroom (including a separate shower cabin and bath tub!)
+ large, fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine),
a spacious living room with big sofas and dinning room.
Perfect just for you or even for a couple!
350£ - including Internet
+ very low energy consumption! (we pay around 20 pounds a month on gas+electricity altogether!)

and NO deposite is required

I am currently renting this room, but I want to leave Scotland altogether in December so I want to pass it on to someone.
(you can move in in December/January, or even later)
