Looking for a flatmate from September

We are a student-professional couple looking for a flatmate in Stirling centre. The flat is a two-bedroom, 3rd floor apartment with a decent kitchen and a big living room. The room itself is kinda small ("cozy"), but has a double bed and a lot of storage space. The room will be empty from 1st September.
Nearest bus stop is 3 minutes walk, Thistle centre and train station 5 mins. Biking to the Uni takes me 15-20 minutes usually.

We are quite an easy-going couple; we spend a lot of time staring at computer screens, either working, studying or having fun, so we tend to be reclusive. However, we are always up for a chat if we happen to be around.

We are really past our drinking-all-night-long phase and we would like to live with someone similar, or at least who is willing to do the partying in, say, one of the dozen places within walking distance. (That's what we do!) Other than that we have no preferences, feel free to get in touch.
