Would like a professional person who works nearby and wants to travel home at weekends, preferably likes sci fi as im a bit of a nut, easy going and friendly. Not too serious likes to go for a drink and listen to music.
If private and wants to stay in room thats fine, but happy if wants to socialise, im just not used to it yet.
Needs a key for lift to top floor, a keycode to get in main front door, so very secure. Nice neighbours and great views off balcony. Very quiet except when a bt windy.
