My location is in great saxham approx 4 1/2 miles from bury town centre, i have 2 rooms available to rent in my extended and updated 4 bedroom home set in beautiful and peaceful countyside, the first room is a large double overlooking fields to the front of the house, and the second room is a good sized single room at the rear of the house again with field views, there is offroad parking on the drive, I have a washing machine and tumble dryer for use, all other facilities ie kitchen bathroom and living room, would be shared so i would expect flatmates to be clean tidy and considerate, in return i will duly be the same, I'm not a noisy person and am easy going and get on with pretty much anyone, I do have a dog so you must like animals.
