Hello there,
I have a large double room to let in a lovely house with lots of character. I will shortly have a large shed in the garden that I will use to teach sculpture and other arty classes for kids and adults in, so there isnt much of a garden. There is also a good natured cat. Currently I am a high school teacher and am looking for two clean and friendly housemates that want to live in a home rather than just a room. If you prefer living in your room rather than communally, this will not be for you. Smokers are welcome, though will need to smoke on the patio or conservatory only.
Bills are included as well as Broadband and SKY TV.
