Double room to rent bury centre avail 20/11/14

Hi I'm looking for a new lodger

My current lodger moves out 20th november so the room will be available from the weekend of the 21st november 2014 (after a spring clean).

The room is a good size double fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, a chest of draws and a bed side cabinet.. perfect if your just starting out or commuting professional.

The house is a modern 3 bedroom end of terrace on Etna road. This is only 2 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the centre of town.

I work Monday to Friday for a local insurance company but I work on shift every other week i don't get in til 8. 30 pm

The kitchen is small but modern and clean, I allocate cupboards and fridge space to make your stay more homely.
All pots pans and kitchen appliances ready to use.

Tiny postage stamp garden but great for catching the sun!

Parking for one vehicle around the house is available

The house has sky tv and unlimited wi fi.

The rent is £100 per week it includes all the bills to keeps it simple.

I do have a dog(a pug) called Boo so if you don't like pets this isn't the place for you, I do also have 3 chickens for fresh eggs so fill your boots!

I have a boyfriend who stays a few nights a week and often we spend weekends away.

Looking for a clean person to rent the room who is respectful of privacy.

Sky tv can be added in the room at an extra cost.

Shared facilities do not include the lounge but feel free to use it whenever I'm out etc 😊
