**Single Room, Raedwald Drive, BSE**

Single room available from beginning February 2015.

The room is medium-sized and has a single bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers & bedside table.

In the house there is unlimited wifi and Sky TV downstairs.

The kitchen has modern appliances; microwave, double oven, toaster, kettle etc. You will have your own cupboard but are free to use my cutlery, crockery, pots & pans etc.

I have now had lodgers in the house for 2 years, and we tend to all do our own thing most of the time. Saying that we do chat if we are in the shared areas together.

The ideal housemate will be someone who is easy-going. The room has some storage, and I do have a garage which is available to use, however there is not lots and lots of storage so someone with not too many possessions would be perfect.

I tend to use the driveway for my car, but the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with about 4 spare parking spaces. I have never known anyone have an issue with parking before.
