Double room to rent on quiet estate
Hi there,
I have a double room available to rent out in my 2 bed maisonette. I work shifts and often stay with my girlfriend so you would have the run of the place a lot of the time. There is a parking space available along with a garage for storage and a small patio area too.
Having had a bad experience with a tenant before it is important to me that I get the right person and that I am able to get on well with them.
I am happy to rent out the room Mon-Fri or all the time as long as the person is right.
