Single Room For Rent Short Term

I am a 49 female privately renting one mile from Bury town center. Looking to buddy up/house share for a maximum of 5/6 months, possibly up until June. House is fully furnished and you will have the run of the house and mainly downstairs as i have a separate tv upstairs.

I am a laid back person with a GSOH, easy going and spotlessly clean. I dont have any pets. You will need to be working, and need to be credit checked as you would need to go onto my tenancy agreement.

This will involve a £220 credit check fee, which will credit check you along with an employment check. £450 deposit will also be required. The £220 fee is non refundable if this fails. Rent payable in advance.

This is a small single 11ft x 6 ft room with not a great deal of storage but do have a garage which can be used for additional storage.

This is a very quiet area in a cul de sac

5 minute walk from bus stop. Farmfoods, fish & chip shop & Pizza rstuarant/takeaway. 15 minute walk to the Moreton Hall pub, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, post office, coffee shop, community centre, chemist and Tesco's express .

To the town centre is one one mile a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus. One mile to the train station.

Very quiet cul de sac with parking.
