Close to the hospital about 5 min walk and 15 minutes walk to town . I do smoke but not in the house . The summer house is the smoking room or garden . All I ask is to respect others in the house and my neighbours and to let me know if guests are coming so I can let the other logger know . But not a problem having guests any time .
Please note I do have a dog she's a big baby loves cuddles .
I've had a number of short term and long term guests and it works quite well . just no teens please .any questions please ask
I would want to meet you before I agreed to rent . Contract will be given
