The recently re-decorated room is situated in a spacious, modern detached property at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
It is a double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, drawers, a chair, bedside tables and television.
There is ample parking in front of the house and you would have access to your own parking space, lounge, dining room, kitchen, the family bathroom, conservatory, utility room and garden.
We also have Sky TV and Broadband Infinity Wi-Fi.
I can provide bedding, towels and cleaning if required.
The rooms would suit anybody who enjoys a tranquil rural location, the company of three gorgeous Golden Retrievers, three friendly felines and welcoming adults.
Elmswell is well served with a wide range of shops and amenities.
There is a railway station with good links to local cities and London. There is a regular bus service and the A14 is 2 minutes away.
By car Bury is a 10 min., Ipswich a 20 min. and Cambridge a 45 min. journey.
