Room in Large Country Farmhouse

Our property is a large 16th Century listed farmhouse on the outskirts of Framlingham, set in a large garden with ample parking.

We have wi-fi, broadband and Sky TV, a fully equipped kitchen and an Aga range cooker., as well as the usual washing machine and dryer/washing line outside.

Guests have use of an upstairs bathroom and a large downstairs shower room, together with a sitting room reserved especially for our guests.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy housemate in full time employment (typically working Monday-Friday), who will need to be a dog-lover, as we have a small Hungarian puli dog.

Applicants MUST be non-smokers. We are a strictly non-smoking/vaping household. No exceptions, I’m afraid.

Note: It is advisable to have means of transport, as we are approx. 1 mile from Framlingham centre and unfortunately not on a bus route.

We are located 20 miles NE of Ipswich - which is approximately a 35 minute drive, depending on traffic.
