This property is a shared family home, We are all friendly but also private, I live here with my husband and son and a male friend.

The room available is a nice fully furnished and newly decorated double room it has double ottoman storage bed, bedside cabinet wardrobe chest of drawers, Smart Tv, carpets and curtains.

The person using this room will share the bathroom which has a bath separate cubicle shower, toilet and sink and cupboards.
There is a 2nd toilet in the house if required, I have an en-suite that I share with my husband.

The house is a large comfortable detached house, with good facilities it has: A large fully equipped kitchen breakfast room, with tall fridge and freezer double hob, oven, microwave, air fryer etc
Lots of plates bowls cups and cutlery. It also has shared space, with a dinette area sofa and TV as well as breakfast bar/table where you can socialise & relax, whilst cooking if you want.

The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer iron ironing board etc there is also a hoover available for cleaning your own room. We clean the communal areas.

It has nice garden to sit in A gardener cuts the grass in spring/summer Wi-Fi BT infinity internet is available throughout the house.

The house is on Cambridge side of Haverhill on Hanchett village.
It is 25 mins from Cambridge and Saffron Walden 40 mins from Bury St Edmunds. 5-10 mins walk from Sainsbury's 15 mins walk from town centre cinema, shops etc

Bills included are council tax (band D) gas, electric, water, internet and TV licence for the house.

parking is available, NON SMOKING mature professional preferred, single person only.
