One Room Available In Haverhill No Deposit

This is a family home which currently resides a family of 6, one of our single males tenants has just left us and moved to a house of there own after 2 years.

The facilities in the house are a shared shower room, shared toilet, wireless internet, shared kitchen there is a washing machine and airers within the property you will have your own fridge freezer and all bedding and towels are provided.

Room 1). The room was decorated December 2017 it had a new radiator, new bed base, new carpet and was painted.

The room consists of a double bed, small 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit, two seater sofa and a tv with freeview.

Room 2). The room was renovated in October 2017 the room has had a coat of paint , new carpets and new furniture as we extended part of the room as well as a new window and door to the room.

Furniture is a double bed a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, wash basket, TV with built in DVD player and a radiator cover.

The area to which we are is a small coldisack with a small car park for those that drive, this area is very quiet and more for those of a profession.
We have a bus service in Haverhill which runs to Cambridge on half hourly intervals in the week, there is also services running to bury St Edmunds and Newmarket.
we are registered with the council as being a hmo (multiple housing) and with such all the precautions of fire safety such as fire alarms, doors and fire exits etc are within the premises.

No deposit the rent is paid the day you move in and every week/month on the same date there after.

There are smokers in the household but there is NO smoking in the premises.

We vet applicants and will not just allow people to move in same day due to it being a family home.

This is available to couples at a charge of £150 per week or £650 per month
Single occupancy at £100 per week or £450 per month.
