A clean tidy house in Kessingland
I have a fully furnished large double room with shared bathroom and kitchen. The house is very clean and tidy and recently decorated. It is available for rent now. All house old bills are included in the weekly price.
I am a female aged 37, I own the house and I am house proud. I love listening to music/radio, eating/drinking. However I am considerate with volume, when there are others in the household.
The person taking the room must be at least 25 years old, clean, tidy and reliable. I look after a very friendly black lab that sometimes stays over. SO an animal lover is a must.
