Very large room with double bed and plenty of space. It is clean, airy and bright. The price includes bills, washing clothes and WiFi.
Our house is a Victorian detached house set on three levels/floors. There are four bedrooms in total, three living rooms, two bathrooms, sun room and a very large garden, plenty of parking space. The area is very quiet and it is three minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach.
Our area is versatile with buses and train, doctors, dentist and lots of take away are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
My husband and I live in the house. My husband is a retired scientist and I work part-time as a teacher. We are very active people with lots of hobbies.
The person we would like to share our house with would be a - non smoker, no pets/animals, male only, working full time and sorry no DSS/on benefits.
As I still have a lodger until 16 March I wont be able to have any viewings until then but you are welcome to come and have a chat and see the rest of the house.
