Double room in lovely 4 bed house by the sea

Lovely double bedroom in a spacious and newly renovated house with ensuite shower room.
Currently me (the owner / landlady) and two lodgers live here with two friendly cats (Aussie & Tango).
There is a separate living and dining room, and a newly fitted modern kitchen. The house is tastefully decorated. You will have your own cupboard in the kitchen and area of fridge and area of bathroom cupboards. The room is currently furnished but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. Long or short term lets considered. Am looking for people who are easy going and relaxed - and obviously - you must be happy to live with cats and not allergic. The house is one minute walk from the south beach (almost in Pakefield). There is a front garden and backyard - both of which are being renovated at the moment - but both can be used for sitting in the sun :-). There is wifi, land-line, washing machine, fridge-freezer. Currently me and the lodger share some meals, and some we cook separately - this is open to negotiation. The house can be busy with visitors or very quiet and relaxed. We both like to chat over coffee or a glass of wine. there is one TV in the living room - but you are welcome to bring your own for your room. Bills are included in the price. Food is not included - but can be added in if you prefer full board (this would need to be negotiated)
