Room in large, friendly house in Lowestoft

We have a room available within easy walking distance of town centre, library, college, train station, bus station and beaches.
The room is on the second floor, west facing with a double bed and wardrobe, TV stand, and chests of drawers. There is one other lodger on that floor and a shared fridge, microwave and toaster on the landing.
The first floor has our room, rooms for Tony's children who stay during school holidays, a guest room, bathroom and shower room.
On the ground floor is the lounge with seating for 7 people, the dining room with a table that seats 10, kitchen and cloakroom.
There is a small garden/patio area.
We have 2 cats and a cocker spaniel.
The household has an easy going friendly atmosphere. There is usually someone around to chat to but equally there can be 6 people home and you wouldn't realise.
