Hi all, this is a 2 bedroom flat, it is clean & tidy nice & warm, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe & bedside draw, there is sky tv, broadband, washing machine,& more draw space. It's a 10 minute walk from town & 5 mins from tesco's. I'm very easy going, as long as you are clean & tidy, respect that i am responsible for the flat that will do me. I have 2 kids 11 & 8 they are polite & well behaved so you don't need to worry abt them getting in your way, they stay with me at times, as i say they are no trouble. I would like you to treat it as your home because that is what it is. I'm sure you will find this flat nice & comfy.
