This is an ideal opportunity for the right someone to set up home! The property is a shared flat, with just myself. This is not a room in a hostel, where you might share bathroom/kitchen facilities with several other people, neither is it just a room in someone else's house. This is somewhere you can call your own!

The flat is on the ground floor, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, approximately 15mins walk from Newmarket town centre. There is ample off road parking, a private garden with patio, storage shed and a washing line.

The bedroom available is furnished with a single bed (room plenty big enough for a double if so desired) and two large wardrobes. The photos don't do the room justice, it's bigger than it looks!! Not all the furniture pictured will be in the room. There is Virgin Media TV and broadband. This can be acquired for the bedroom as well at a small additional monthly cost.

In the rest of the house there is a good sized lounge equipped with comfy sofas, cable tv and wireless broadband internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including the basics such as fridge, freezer and washing machine. The bathroom is a good size, and has recently been refurbished with new white suite with a fab shower over the bath, and also has a handy airing cupboard. There is plenty of storage space throughout the flat too.
