Bright double/single room in victorian house

hi,
I have a small double room to rent with single bed for the working week only (monday-friday). I am a live in landlord but am not home in the week as i am working away and at home weekends only. There is a large living room, dining room and kitchen. I may occasionally be over at the house on odd nights doing small jobs as i am renovating the house. I'm looking for a lodger that I can have a good relationship with. I don't expect you to be shut away in your room all the time, but equally I will respect you and your space. Having said that you will have the entire house too yourself 99% of the time.
I enjoy good food, music, film and exercise and am a friendly sociable guy. my son and daughter(8 and 10) visit me on alternate weekends. They are well behaved and good fun but it is unlikely you would ever see them apart from odd nights in the school holidays.
The pictures show the room with a single bed. There is also a large built in wardrobe and the pictured chest of drawers. storage is also available elsewhere in the house. all bills and unlimited broadband are included. Parking is in the street. The street is also a no thru road so it is nice and quiet. Town centre is a 5 min walk. Railway station is around 10 mins. The house has a small yard for drying washing etc.
