Room/house share in quiet location

Room to rent.
We are a couple who are seeking a trusting individual to share accommodation within newmarket. We have a regular size double room with wardrobe, queen double bed and tv with virgin instalment. We will be installing a new carpet/floor within first couple of weeks. There will be a shared bathroom and toilet which are both fully furnished and fairly new. The kitchen is fully furnished and open for share. You will have Virgin TV installed in bedroom, wireless, cooker, washing machine, fridge, water, electricity and heating all included in price. We have a back garden and decking area also. We currently work 8-6 everyday except weekends and like to visit gym afterwards. We are laid back and easy to get on with so there should be no awkwardness during the tenancy. We have a friendly pet cat to make you aware of (Incase of allergies) there is a strict no drug, no loud partying policy. This is available from end of February.
