Large double en-suite to let in large spacious 3 story modern family home. We have three spare rooms so prospective tenant is welcome to choose though only one has en-suite facilities. There is a large lounge, large kitchen & dining room (currently used as a play room). There is a family bathroom and two en-suites. We currently have satellite TV and Broadband. I am looking for a female who likes children and animals as I live with my 7 year old daughter and we have three cats! We have a large front and rear garden with off street parking and a double garage facility. We are a short distance from Woodbridge town centre and station and all its amenities. We are near to Wickham Market Station and Melton Station. There is a regular bus service and bus stop very near the house.
