In a lovely old Victorian house on York road Sudbury minutes walk to shops.
The garden is fair sized with a shed a pretty kitchen and dinning room, lounge and street parking outside.
We are looking for a flat mate who is like us. Someone who will be considerate with noise at night, easy going, who cleans up after themselves and does their fair share around the house if it gets messy. You can have guests over (but within reason) at weekends. We are very friendly and enjoy going to the pub and watching movies etc!
